SMC 2.2
- fix WAV, STR section
- add password check function
- add command line mode

- add support to CPP test protector 2.1

- extract WAV file from mpq

3. CPP test protector 2.1 or earlier version

5. Starforge 2.2 or earlier version
6. Guedit 3.6a
7. Proedit 1.41 or earlier version
