用法
Comment("地形数据", 起点Y, 起点X, 你改掉的区域的宽度, 0, 34);
看起来的地形变了 但是造建筑和通过单位的能力没变
就是说如果把平地改成水, 上面还是能走人.
地形数据: 16进制字符串, 如
