Story:
In every story there is a beginning, and an end, but sometimes
it is the journy that is most important.
A Vision of the Future
The wicked Cerebrate Zargil attempted to alter the future of the Zerg Swarm by securing the Terrans' past. To that end he captured Judicator Chaladar in order to create a new timeline. However, the Protoss and Zerg of his time, along with the Terrans of the past, managed to thwart Zargil and his brood, and erase his timeline. It was an example of cooperation unparalleled in history.
Unfortunately, only three remember that even occurring: Prelate Ziktofel of the Dark Templar, Judicator Chaladar, and the Hunter, Xaax the Defiler. They would lay the foundation of a future alliance between Protoss and Zerg, but such a path is not without its peril.
A Black Dream
In the wake of that climatic battle a new peace was to be formed between the Protoss of Shakuras and the Zerg of Kodulas, but it was not to be; the corrupted Judicator Arestes of the Shelak Tribe, and member of the New Conclave, manipulated events that would dissolve the alliance before it could begin. He maneuvered his pawn Kabala into starting a great war using the power of the Zeji Cloning Cylinders-- artifacts of a civilization ancient when the Protoss were young.
However, the threat of Zeji Cloning Cylinders was countered by the Scantid Fleet, and their Black Dream, a powerful symbol of cooperation of all three races waging war in the Koprulu Sector. Kabala revealed that it was he who manipulated Arestes from the beginning, and it took the sacrifice of two great heroes, Urust and Asakiro, to end the madness, once and for all.
With Kabala's apparent death and Arestes' flight the alliance formed behind the Black Dream fell into shambles, forcing the handful of heroes and the Scantid Fleet back into exile. They continue to sail among the stars, hoping for the day when the three races can cooperate without the need of a dangerous symbol as the Black Dream.
A Dark Prophecy
Xaax the Defiler retains possession of the Remains of the Overmind, the last key artifact necessary for the Zerg Swarm to reincarnate the physical form of their master. Seeing the Black Dream as his opportunity to break away from his Cerebrate masters Xaax deserts his post, but it is not long before Zerg agents are sent to hunt him down and retrieve the Remains of the Overmind. The rogue Defiler feels his power growing within, as the Remains slowly awaken themselves....
The Black Dream is drawn into a power struggle between Arestes and Kabala, who survived the battle at Valis IV, and are chased by the renegade Nova Squadron commander Van MacDougal and Thakras and Parakas from the Sennith Brood. With their very existances threatened the Scantid Fleet barely escapes with their lives-- Van, Thakras, and Parakas are vanquished, Arestes is destroyed, his ambition crumbling with him, and Kabala has taken over the Zeji Armada.
Final Destiny
Xaax the Defiler has returned victorious to the Renegade Swarm, bearing the Remains of the Overmind subdued and under his control. Using this leverage, and a newfound ability to sever the Zerg reincarnation with dark energy, Xaax has become the most powerful individual member of the Swarm, and created his Lich Brood. Unsatisfied with merely this seat of power Xaax turns toward Kerrigan, aiming to wipe-out the last of his opponents....
Ace Tarpals retires from adventure and returns to Valis IV, informing General Strassenburg, formerly Serena Schezar, of his intent to lead a quiet life. With the knowledge that all his enemies have been eliminated, can this former pirate find peace without war?
Kuwadora returns to Shakuras and the Scantid Fleet is disbanded. Knowing full-well that the Conclave would be eager to get their hands on the Black Dream he makes certain of the destruction of all Zeji spacecraft in the Fleet's possession. To this day he remains uncertain to his place in the universe. Is his dream truly a fantasy?
The Protoss aim to monopolize the power the Black Dream has given them, but there are those in the Koprulu Sector that would challenge this power. There are those forgotten that will emerge from the cloak of shadow which they hid, and there are those who will see to it that the Protoss are stopped-- no matter the cost.
Final Destiny is at hand.
Cast:
The Shakuras Space Defense Force
The Protoss are a noble race banished from Aiur by the Zerg. They are lead by the New Conclave, a ruling body made up of three honored members of each caste: Judicator, Khalai, and Templar. It is currently headed by the shadowy Master of the Conclave, who formed the new ruling body after the fall of Raszagal and Zeratul's disappearance. Although they rule Shakuras as a whole the Conclave's members are often called away on matters of the state (this in particular works against the Templar of the ruling body, as they are called away frequently). Its members include:
Master of the Conclave (Judicator), Ara Tribe
Judicator Imorih, Shelak Tribe
Judicator Kurdrac, Giustenal Tribe
Khalai Sogon, Furinax Tribe
Khalai Isolde, Ekthros Tribe
Khalai Zenia, Solari Tribe
Templar Neraka, Sargas Tribe
Templar Gedash, Akilae Tribe
Templar Feldspar, Auriga Tribe
Name: Dark Templar Executor Ziktofel
Type: Dark Templar, Carrier Great Phoenix
Weapon: Warp Blades
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
Having learned how to lead under the late Templar Urust Ziktofel has risen to surpass her peers and take over the coveted SSDF as Executor. No longer the naive soul she leads the soldiers under her command with ruthlessness and compassion, becoming universally loved by those who serve under her. Having a strong sense of right and wrong Ziktofel is very vocal about her concerns when she believes her superiors are making a mistake, and is unwilling to sacrifice her people for an end. Her Giga Attack is Shadow Edge, a dark energy attack.
Name: Judicator Imorih
Type: Arbiter Tiger's Claw
Weapon: Phase Disruptor Cannon
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
As a Judicator of the Shelak Tribe, Imorih has studied the ancient Xel'Naga texts, and has taken a particular interest in Terrans. Elevated to represent his tribe in the Conclave Imorih can no longer afford to think in terms of petty concerns, and must look at the larger picture, often placing him in conflict with his ally, Ziktofel.
Name: Judicator Kizrath
Type: Scout
Weapon: Dual Photon Blasters, Anti-Matter Missiles
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
Kizrath is a Judicator celebrated for his ability to lead troops into battle, and while he was not trained in physical combat he became an expert pilot. He is headstrong and quick to judge, making him an unpleasant Judicator to deal with, but a fierce warrior that many wonder why he wasn't brought up in the Templar caste-- his true calling. Practicing poor politics Kizrath is often placed in harm's way, as certain high-ranking Judicator wouldn't mind seeing him suffer an accident.
Name: Khalai Amukasier
Type: High Templar, Black Dream
Weapon: Psi Assault, Phase Transit Cannon
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
An artificer by trade, Amukasier is a skilled member of the Khalai caste, specializing in the construction and maintainence of artificial intelligence computers and weapons. He is the foremost expert on the Black Dream after Kuwadora, and he is responsible for turning out the new generation of Protoss weaponry-- a task which he finds distasteful.
Name: Templar Kuwadora
Type: High Templar, Scout
Weapon: Psi Assault
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
Now that his Fleet was disbanded Kuwadora continually wonders if his dream of universal harmony is merely a fantasy. Without the Black Dream Kuwadora is confined to Shakuras and is under close watch at all times by the Conclave, who fear the insane Templar may do something rash. Seen as insane in terms of his people Kuwadora is an outcast even among the Protoss.
Name: Hhallahh
Type: Dark Archon
Weapon: Feedback
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
The origins of the Dark Archon known as 'Hhallahh' is shrouded in mystery, but it is known that he is well over a thousand years old. Created before the Dark Templar banned their merging for a thousand years, Hhallahh's personality was formed out of the former gestalt personality of two Dark Templar warriors. He is in constant pain, but will never admit it to anyone save his old friend, Ziktofel. He is also 'getting old,' and does not get excited easily anymore, much less cares what goes on around him. Although no one is certain what causes his pain, Hhallahh has sought treatment for strange visions he has been seeing lately-- hallucinations which indicate that this ancient Dark Archon is slipping into insantiy.
Name: Chaladar
Type: High Templar
Weapon: Psi Assault
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
Formerly a Judicator of a remote Protoss outpost, Chaladar studied the forbidden texts of the Xel'Naga, of which only the Shelak Tribe can touch (he is not of their number). When the Conclave was destroyed on Aiur, Chaladar did nothing to hide his glee, for he blames them for sticking him in a backwater in the first place. He was later captured by the Zerg, and had his body manipulated by Cerebrate Zargil in order to serve his every will. Chaladar used his knowledge to create a new timeline, one which Zargil intended to use in order to create a new destiny for the Swarm, but their plans were twarted by the combined Protoss and Zerg armies. Now that the rogue timeline has been erased, and Chaladar rescued, this Judicator remains scarred by the Zerg, and therefore he feels more comfortable among his captors than his own people. Chaladar mainly retains his former personality, and lives only to serve. Confined to Shakuras Chaladar is kept under close watch, as the Conclave is fearful that his Zerg implants may cause problems later on. His Giga Attack is Phantom Warrior, a light energy attack.
Name: Dragoon Adonis
Type: Dragoon
Weapon: Phase Disruptor
Allegience: Shakuras Space Defense Force
Adonis originally died during the last Battle of Aiur; he was rescued by the Scantid Fleet and became a Dragoon. Holding personal resentment against the Conclave for putting him in the exoskeleton (he believes it is their stupidity that got him killed) Adonis finds little pleasure in his new existance. In particular Adonis holds a bias against Judicator. Once swearing total allegience to Asakiro, he served Kuwadora, and now Ziktofel, with equal zeal. The new Conclave is well-aware of Adonis' lack of respect for authority, but so long as Ziktofel can temper his anger they are content with this reborn warrior. His Giga Attack is Metal Nightmare, a wind elemental attack.
The Zerg Swarm
Ever since the death of the Overmind the Zerg have divided into factions, the two largest being that of Kerrigan and that of Daggoth. Kerrigan commands support of the younger Cerebrates, lead by the cunning Faluzure, a creature who is more than a match for many opponents
Name: Faluzure
Type: Cerebrate
Weapon: None
Allegience: Midgard Brood
Faluzure is best known as Kerrigan's pet Cerebrate, as he commands the bulk of her Swarm while she contemplates the future of the Zerg in silence. His area of control include Aiur, Char, and Tarsonis, Kerrigan's headquarters, and can often be found on one of those three worlds at any given time. Arrogant and vain, Faluzure believes in the destiny of the Swarm, and cares not who leads it-- Overmind or Infested Kerrigan-- only to be a part of it. He has no ambition save to become perfect.
His Giga Attack is Inferno Burst, a fire elemental attack. Faluzure uses his dark energy to spin a spiral of fire centered around himself, obliterating everything in its path.
Terran Dominion
The Dominion, formerly the terrorist group Sons of Korhal, have united the Terran nations in the Koprulu Sector for the common interest in humanity. Lead by Arcturus Mengsk, the Dominion seeks to play power games on an even level with the Protoss and Zerg enemy.
Name: Ace Tarpals
Type: Wraith Lady of Pain II
Weapon: Burst Laser, 007-Missiles
Allegience: Valis Guard
Ace hails from Valis IV, a world now under Terran Dominion control, and a densely-populated and rich planet. Coming from wealth his money was invaluable when he and longtime friend Alan Schezar decided to turn pirate against the now-defunct Confederacy. Ace survived the death of his friend after the Ulrezaj debacle that nearly destroyed the Scavengers. He later installed Tessa Strassenburg as leader, then moved on to join the Scantid Fleet. After defeating his rival, Van MacDougal, Ace retired from action to settle down on Valis IV, weary of war after surviving for so long. His plans include asking out the general and starting a family with 3.5 kids so he can relate his war stories as a decrepid old man to his future grandchildren.
Name: General Tessa Strassenburg
Type: Prototype Goliath/Valkyrie Hybrid Scherezade
Weapon: Halo Rockets, Scherezade Busters
Allegience: Valis Guard
General Strassenburg, the military head of all operations at Valis IV, was formerly the mastermind behind Schezar's Scavengers, the notorious pirate group. Awarded her position for her part in the defense of Valis IV against the Iron Hand Tessa quickly became one of the most respected leaders in the Dominion. She places high priority on civilian life and their lifestyle, and takes every threat to planetary security seriously.
Her Giga Attack is Magna Wave, a lightning elemental attack which emits a powerful EMP Shockwave centered on the Scherezade.
Strassenburg hails from Earth, and served under Captain Cephil Frukus of the UED Expeditionary Force's Atlas Wing. When her commanding officer deserted after losing the Psi Disruptor on Braxis she followed along with the rest of her command group, but when Cephil turned to pirating she in turn defected to join a rival pirate group, Schezar's Scavengers. Her ancestor was integral in defeating Zargil in a forgotten war. For this same reason she feels a strange kinship with Ziktofel, who fought alongside her ancestor in that war.
Name: Jenson Archimedes
Type: Science Vessel
Weapon: Classified
Allegience: Elite Guard
The man known as Archimedes serves as High Councilor in Emperor Mengsk's heirarchy. He often oversees projects which the Emperor himself has interest in, but cannot tear away from his duties. Archimedes is a shrewd and curious man, often poking his nose where he isn't invited. He sees the Protoss as rivals, but given the choice he would rather destroy the Zerg, as they cost him his eye.
Archimedes has crossed paths with Judicator Kizrath and Cerebrate Zargil a number of times. He made Strassenburg a General after the Iron Hand War in order to help hide the fact that the Dominion was unprepared for such a conflict.
Name: Captain Rick Bratas
Type: Beta Prototype Battlecruiser Iron Raptor
Weapon: Laser Batteries
Allegience: Valis Guard
Recently promoted to Captain by General Strassenburg Bratas has limited combat experience, and is very eager to please his superiors. His duty is to oversee the critical Miranda Research Facilities on the frozen moon orbiting Valis IV. His first real battle took place during the Iron Hand War's final conflict on the Valis Space Ring platform.
The Zeji Armada
From the dark recesses of history emerge an ancient race utilizing advanced technology that rivaled the Xel'Naga. Although they wiped themselves out long ago the rogue Protoss Arestes made certain to revive this great fleet in order to make a bid for power in the Koprulu Sector.
Name: Templar Kabala
Type: High Templar, Hydra Nemesis
Weapon: Psi Assault, Acheron Cannons
Allegience: Kabala Fleet
Formerly the Scantid Fleet's greatest rival Kabala has taken over the Zeji Armada Arestes left behind after he was vanquished. With total control of the awesome fleet Kabala turns toward the Koprulu Sector, his motives unknown.
His Giga Attack is Phantasm, a light energy attack. Similar to the Hallucination illusion technique, Kabala creates several mirror p_w_picpath of himself in order to confuse the opponent, creating new p_w_picpath as each one is eliminated.
Name: Templar Tipereth
Type: Zealot
Weapon: Psi Blades
Allegience: Kabala Fleet
Every villain needs a loyal assistant behind him to support him every step of the way; that is Tipereth. Ever since he was assigned to Kabala during his days in the SSDF Tipereth never questioned Kabala's judgement or motives, living only to serve his master as best as possible. With the recent takeover of the Zeji Armada Tipereth is granted greater liberties than ever before.
His Giga Attack is Rage, an earth elemental attack which allows him to attack faster and harder.
The Renegade Swarm
Ever since the death of the Overmind the Zerg have divided into factions, the two largest being that of Kerrigan and that of Daggoth. Kerrigan commands support of the younger Cerebrates, while Daggoth commands the elders, in a clash of conservative vs. liberal. In the end Kerrigan won, and Daggoth and his followers were forced to flee into deep space. Their current base of operations lies on the ash world, Kodulas, a planet the Zerg conquered on their way to the Koprulu Sector from Zerus. Daggoth plans to retake Kerrigan's territory for his own, but first he must regroup his minions. In the meantime lesser Cerebrates and Zerg agents are working in the shadows in order to pave the way for the Swarm's return. While Daggoth is the supreme commander a ruling body of eight Cerebrates administer the day-to-day needs of the Zerg.
Daggoth, Tiamat Brood
Nargil, Fenris Brood
K'tulan, Kraken Brood
Alhonoth, Nephilim Brood
Seithor, Leviathan Brood
Kagg, Surtur Brood
Araq, Jormungand Brood
Zelkin, Thrym Brood
Sithika, Basilisk Brood (replacing Zargil, Sennith Brood)
Name: Xaax the Defiler
Type: Defiler
Weapon: Acid Spray
Allegience: Lich Brood
The oldest, most experienced, and most powerful hunter of Nargil's brood, Xaax's tracking abilities are legendary in the Swarm. Monopolizing the power of the Remains of the Overmind Xaax has become the undisputed puppet master of the Renegade Swarm, having placed the Remains under his claw. So confident he is in his newfound power that Xaax is arrogant and lords his power over the Cerebrates under his control. He augments this with his newfound ability to directly wield the dark energy, thus giving him the ability to annihilate reincarnation abilities.
His Giga Attack is Hydra Storm, a water elemental attack. When a large water source is nearby Xaax uses his dark energy to fuse with the water, and sends it out in a massive wave of forces that sweeps away his opponents. Lesser foes are crushed by the impact of the dark energy-infused water.
Having overcome his personal desires in favor of the Swarm Xaax loathes the Protoss and Terrans for the time they spent with him. Xaax intends to lead the Swarm in a terrifying war to annihilate Kerrigan's forces for good, and cares little for his former comrades.
Name: Zargil
Type: Cerebrate
Weapon: None
Allegience: Sennith Brood
Zargil was the one who sent Thakras and Parakas after Xaax; after Xaax returned, having conquered both of them, Zargil's position was lowered severely-- much farther than his previous betrayal. He is very consciencious of this, and will stop at nothing to prove to his peers that he is still as great as he was before losing his position on the Command Wing.
Name: Daggoth
Type: Cerebrate
Weapon: None
Allegience: Tiamat Brood
The leader of the Renegade Cerebrates Daggoth is second only to the Overmind's power in the Swarm-- although with Xaax's appointment to proxy the Overmind's power Daggoth's power has decreased. Initially distrustful of Xaax's elevation over him the ancient Cerebrate grudgingly admits that the Defiler may be a powerful general.
Name: Flame Spike the Crawler
Type: Mechalisk
Weapon: Subterranean Spines, Plasma Launcher
Allegience: Lich Brood
When Xaax returned to the Swarm he brought with him the knowledge how to create his own Zeji Spawn; Flame Spike is his champion. This lethal enforcer is all brawn and no brains, as it answers directly to Xaax, and Xaax alone.
In truth, after he was removed from Diablo II with the latest patch Xaax offered the pre-placed Champion monster a new job, which he enjoys far more than sniping the Inner Cloister waypoint.
Remnants of the Confederacy
Although the Confederacy fell long ago two military factions, Nova Squadron and Epsilon Squadron, survived its collapse and went into hiding. Both the counter-terrorist and science divisions busied themselves behind the scenes, preparing for the conflict they feel will decide the fates of all the races in the Koprulu Sector.
Name: ATLAS
Type: Ghost
Weapon: Strafe Laser
Allegience: Nova Squadron
Formerly the experimental computer designed to monitor the criminals sent into deep space by the scientist Routhe, ATLAS has expanded beyond her original functions, choosing to take the experiment into her own hands. Her prime directive is to monitor the evolution of Terrans and their latent psionic ability, and lately she decided to accelerate the process, given the proximity of the Zerg and Protoss. She was the mastermind behind the Confederacy, and continues to direct Confederate forces from the dark recesses of Nova Station. Since she has long since abandoned her original mainframe ATLAS exists in every Confederate system, and thus it is nearly impossible to destroy her.
Her Giga Attack is Nova Strike. Experimental nano-probes dispersed on mechanical corpses can reanimate and be used as deadly distractions during combat.
The Spawn of the Remains
These entries are spoilers for the Dark Side.
Name: Flame Spike the Crawler
Type: Mechalisk
Weapon: Subterranean Spines, Plasma Launcher
Allegience: Lich Brood
Flame Spike is the second of Xaax's creations using the power of the Remains of the Overmind. Unlike Vicious and Nymph Flame Spike is incredibly stupid, and like all Zerg, cannot think on his own. In a way he was designed as a mere extension of Xaax's will, and thus is completely obedient to him. Brute strength is this creature's forte, something which Xaax himself lacks.
Name: Vicious
Type: Scantid
Weapon: Venom
Allegience: Lich Brood
Vicious is the first creature Xaax created using a splinter of the Remains of the Overmind. Highly intelligent for a Scantid Vicious possesses little imagination, and is primarily a spy on the Dominion world of Korhal, blending in with the rest of the Scantids. Although Xaax never gave this creature a name the soldiers of the Dominion unofficially named him, due to his differing tendancies from the docile Scantid. Although brave Vicious is a poor fighter; his forte is his cunning as a hidden agent rather than a warrior.
Name: Overmind Nymph
Type: Queen
Weapon: Spawn Broodlings, Skippers
Allegience: Lich Brood
The third creature was made of a larger shard of the Remains of the Overmind, granting the Nymph greater cunning than his brothers. However, it was apparent at birth that Nymph has a streak of treachery in him, and Xaax does not trust him fully, suspecting that Nymph somehow possesses a greater portion of the will of the Remains of the Overmind. However, treacherous as he may be Nymph proves to be a valuable resource to the Swarm, as he possesses a strong tactical sense and mobility necessary for a field commander. The Nymph gives much quicker tactical overview to Xaax than Overlords can relay, giving a greater advantage in the field of battle.
Xel'Naga Guardians
Name: Rimsala
Type: High Templar
Weapon: Shadow Flare
Allegience: Xel'Naga
Rimsala was charged by the Xel'Naga to safeguard the worldship Rimsala Star from outsiders. His ultimate purpose is to await the day for when the Protoss may walk its hallowed halls, and judge them on behalf of the gods. The one who entered was none other than Master Anubis of the Dark Templar, who demonstrated to Rimsala that the Protoss were in fact not worthy of the Xel'Naga treasures. Although Rimsala resolved to destroy these proven failures of a race Aiur remains intact. It is unknown to this day what fate befell Rimsala.
Dark Templar Scientists
Name: Master Anubis
Type: Dark Templar
Weapon: Warp Blades, Shadow Edge
Allegience: Raszagal's Tribe
This ancient Dark Templar scientist was the last of a long line of Protoss who sought to find a way to unite the Protoss through force of arms. His line began during the Aeon of Strife, and later carried through to the dissidents of the word of Khas. It is known to Kabala and Arestes that Anubis was the last in the succeeding line of scientists who studied the Xel'Naga worldship, disappearing without a trace along with his two students, Thoth and Horus. Although Kabala believes Anubis found the worldship it is unclear as to how his research came back to Shakuras.
Name: Thoth
Type: Dark Templar
Weapon: Warp Blades
Allegience: Raszagal's Tribe
One of two students to Master Anubis, Thoth defied his master's wishes and followed Anubis to the worldship. His ultimate fate, along with his master and Rimsala, remains uncertain to this day.
Name: Horus
Type: Dark Templar
Weapon: Warp Blades
Allegience: Raszagal's Tribe
Horus is the second of Anubis' students, who also journeyed to the Xel'Naga worldship. His fate, along with that of the rest of the expedition, remains a mystery.

One of Ranma's numerous enemies and sometimes ally, Mousse fights in the Hidden Weapons style, and is proficient with almost every weapon. He believes that, by defeating Ranma he can impress the girl he's interested in, Shampoo, but so far Mousse hasn't come close to matching Ranma's strength.
Name: Shizuka Minazuki
Type: Ghost
Weapon: Shotgun
Allegience: Madoshi
An independant demon hunter and Shinto priestess, Shizuka is often hired freelance to chase down rogue demons in modern days. However, being Joe Average she is no match for most creatures, and has thus made a pact with an immortal ghost dragon, Deathclaw, allowing him to possess her. Unfortunately for Deathclaw, Shizuka's personality is much stronger than most other poor saps, and he cannot usurp control over her body like he can with most other people. Living by symbiosis Deathclaw offers his insight to Shizuka and Shizuka sometimes allows the ghost dragon to take over her body in order to experience living again.
Name: Inuyasha
Type: Dark Templar
Weapon: Tessaiga (sword)
Allegience: Inuyasha
A half-demon, half-human who lived during Japan's Feudal States Period. He is searching for the fragmented Shikon Jewel in order to become a full demon. He is accompanied by Kagome, a girl from the present era who ended up in his time through a mysterious well. Kagome can sense the presence of Shikon fragments, making her invaluable in the search. His arch-nemesis is Naraku, a demon that caused him a great tragedy in the past.
Name: Naraku
Type: Dark Templar
Weapon: Dark Energy
Allegience: Naraku
Fifty years ago Inuyasha fell in love with a human priestess named Kikyo. A wounded thief under Kikyo's care became jealous of the two, and sold his soul for power. Naraku was born, and, taking over the human's body, he killed Kikyo and had Inuyasha sealed until Kagome later released him. He is aiming to complete the Shikon Jewel in order to rid himself of the human within him and become a full demon. Possessing the most fragments of anybody Naraku used the jewel's power to create powerful appendages of himself-- Kanna and Kagura. Naraku does not fight himself, but rather sends puppet versions of himself-- kugutsu-- to do the dirty work for him.
Naraku currently hides out in a human castle, posing as the Lord of the Castle. This castle is hidden from Inuyasha and other enemies by a powerful barrier that rends it invisible.
Name: Kagura
Type: High Templar
Weapon: Dance of the Wind Blades, Dance of the Dragon Snake
Allegience: Naraku
She is the second of Naraku's children, and controls the power of Wind. Although she is composed of Naraku's being Kagura is rebellious, and resents his control over her. Her ability to act against her master is limited by the fact that her heart is held by Naraku, and he can terminate her whenever he wishes. To that end Kagura is searching for a means to get one of Naraku's enemies to kill him for her.
Name: Kanna
Type: High Templar
Weapon: Soul Mirror
Allegience: Naraku
The first of Naraku's children, Kanna controls the power of the Void, and, by extension, souls. Her mirror is the receptacle of her power, and once she steals a soul Kanna can control the victim however she wishes. Her mirror also reflects even the most powerful of Inuyasha's attacks, making her a dangerous adversary. Her primary role, as she is obedient to Naraku, is to watch over Inuyasha using her mirror, keeping tabs on him at all times.

Final Destiny Extra Stage
The new Heroes that appear in the add-on missions, Extra Stage.
Name: Jet Sumner
Type: Marine
Weapon: Gauss Rifle
Allegience: White Scarf Society
Dominion Intelligence recognizes one Jet Sumner as the leader of the White Scarves, a faction of militant pacifists. Despite their oxymoronic nature the Scarves prey on the common Dominion citizen, attempting to overthrow the Dominion Emperor in the name of bringing an end to the prolonged war with the Zerg and Protoss. Although Sumner is a radical he ultimately sees peace as the ultimate goal, no matter how unrealistic the dream. General Strassenburg likened him to the Protoss exile Kuwadora, save lacking in common sense.
Name: Gui Montag
Type: Firebat
Weapon: Flame Thrower
Allegience: Terran Dominion
Formerly a lowly grunt in the Confederacy's Omega Squadron Montag was absorbed into the Dominion heirarchy, and quickly rose in the ranks with commission. He now serves as part of the Dominion Elite Guard under General Minazuki, answering to her directly. A loyal soldier Montag is completely trusted implicitly by Mengsk.
Name: Kaoru Minazuki
Type: Ghost
Weapon: Shotgun
Allegience: Terran Dominion
Some would say there would be more qualified officers for the Elite Guard, and Kaoru Minazuki would be the farthest from that. Before Mengsk's rise to power Kaoru never held any military position, nor did she wield military power; many believe she is simply a lucky and spoiled daughter who happened to be related to the Emperor's wife. While it is true that she is the Empress's cousin Kaoru manages to keep Korhal safe from danger, utilizing tactics she learns from reading the historical chronicles. It is perhaps this ability to absorb this kind of information and apply it so well that Mengsk values, but no one would guess the truth.
Name: Tia Renard Mengsk
Type: High Templar
Weapon: None
Allegience: Terran Dominion
Tia is the Empress of the Dominion, who recently became Arcturus Mengsk's wife after the UED invasion. It is said her marriage was a political alliance with the prestigious Renard family who held power in the old Confederacy rather than a marriage of love. She recently gave birth to their first son, Arcturus the Second, who is to date 7 months old. While no one outside the palace knows of Tia's true nature she and her baby have had a startling impact on Mengsk, who seemed to change after his son was born.

Engine N/A Speed Rating N/A
Enemy Class Assassin Drone Hero N/A
Supplementing the drones are Nova Squadron's cyborg assassins. These cyborgs are reanimated Terran corpses augmented with machinery, giving each soldier an additional life on the battlefield beyond death. Some such cyborgs are under the direct control of Nova Squadron's main computer.

Shields None Shield Rating N/A
Engine N/A Speed Rating 1707
Enemy Class Advanced Scourge Hero N/A
Zargil's Sennith Brood was the first to utilize this deadly variant of Scourge. These creatures periodically 'skip' in and out of view, hence the name, as the Zerg senses are dulled while cloaked.
Infested Ghost
Primary Weapon C-10 Canister Rifle Damage 25
Secondary Weapon None Damage N/A
Armor Zerg Carapace Armor Rating 250/3
Shields None Shield Rating N/A
Engine N/A Speed Rating N/A
Enemy Class Infested Terran Hero Infested Duran
From the battlefields of the dead the Zerg collect the corpses of Ghosts and return them to their hives. Thanks to Zerg research it was demonstrated that corpses can be reanimated with Zerg regenerative cells, and now these valiant Terran warriors now serve the Swarm. Most Ghosts retain their weaponry in their previous life, including the deadly Lockdown missiles, which is an unexpected surprise coming from Zerg.
Infested Battlecruiser
Primary Weapon Seeker Spores Damage 25
Secondary Weapon None Damage N/A
Armor Zerg Flyer Carapace Armor Rating 500/4
Shields None Shield Rating N/A
Engine N/A Speed Rating N/A
Enemy Class Infested Battlecruiser Hero Shark Tooth
Xaax the Defiler demonstrated that Zerg growths can bind a spaceship haphazardly together. Given the success of the Black Dream the Zerg understand that they can use these battle wagons as vicious decoys, stealing dead husks from battlefields. Infested Battlecruisers rarely possess a functional Yamato Cannon, therefore its primary weapon is mounted Spore Colonies.

Ship Class Dreadnaught Hero N/A
The original Scorpion prototype, the Black Dream is the brainchild of Templar Kuwadora, created with the aid of the Terrans Ace Tarpals and Tessa Strassenburg, and the Zerg, Xaax the Defiler. As this ship is a hasty cobble of three technologies the ship barely holds together, but it is undeniable that this unique ship is extremely powerful.
Protoss Scorpion

Secondary Weapon None Damage N/A
Armor Protoss Air Armor Armor Rating 1200/4
Shields Protoss Shields Shield Rating 800
Engine Scantid Phase Engine (mod.) Speed Rating 1000
Unit Class Dreadnaught Hero Black Dream
A new generation of Protoss warships are modeled after the Black Dream. However, unlike their predecessor these spacecraft are purely Protoss in design. Since there were some unresolved issues with such construction its overall performance is inferior to that of the prototype, but it is better able to handle the rigors of long-term battle-- there are no inferior Terran-inspired designs, nor are there any festering appendages akin to Zerg.
Its Phase Engine handles the light and dark energy of the High Templar and Dark Templar respectively, but has proven less volatile than projected. Also, its turret weapon was sacrificed in order to amplify damage to compensate for the power difference against the Black Dream.
Protoss Brigand
Primary Weapon Plasma Flamer Damage 36+splash
Secondary Weapon Pulse Cannon Damage 16
Armor Protoss Ground Armor Armor Rating 250/2
Shields Protoss Shields Shield Rating 300
Engine Protoss Robot Core Speed Rating 1707
Unit Class Medium Support Robot Hero N/A
Khalai Amukasier developed this new robot during his time with the Scantid Fleet, based upon the principles used in creating the Warbringers. Vaguely resembling a scorpion its tail appendage fires a sweeping plasma flame against ground adversaries, and fires two forward-mounted pulse cannons upward against aerial threats. While it was originally meant to supplement the small numbers of the Scantid Fleet these robots are slowly being integrated into the Protoss warbands.
Brigands hover, appearing to glide quickly on the battlefield. Spider Mines have proven to be ineffective against these war robots.

Not all Zeji Warriors fight with plasma swords; some were cloned as pilots of the fearsome ships the Armada is known for. Morays are the weakest craft known to the Koprulu Sector, and they are often seen escorting Leviathan carriers.
Morays require a Leviathan to build.
Zeji Stingray

Ship Class Interceptor Hero N/A
The fastest of all Zeji spaceships, the Squid is a difficult opponent to catch. The pilots of these ships are conditioned to handle the high velocities necessary in order to keep this spacecraft formidable, as the weak often underhandle this speedy interceptor.
Squids require a Stardock and have a concussive quick attack.

Secondary Weapon N/A Damage N/A
Armor Zeji Air Armor Armor Rating 300/3

Capitol ships worry when Devilrays are around; these ships pack powerful missiles that can eat large ships alive. Their speed is nothing to write home about, but they are fast enough to overtake any Battlecruiser and dispatch it in short order.
Devilrays require a Cloning Cylinder and a Templar Archives, making Cloning Cylinders especially useful in constructing Zeji fleets later on. Devilrays are armed with an explosive-type weapon that scatters in a small area around the impact point.
Zeji Hydra
Primary Weapon Charybdis Cannon Damage 300+ splash
Secondary Weapon Acheron Laser batteries (12) Damage 30x3 spread

Ship Class Cruiser Hero Nemesis
No Battlecruiser can hope to match the Zeji equivalent, and the Hydra is the pinnacle of their power. Armed to the teeth with laser batteries and a powerful cannon the Hydra is designed to destroy space stations and cities, and carries a light complement of fighters. The Hydra works best against single targets, but is more than capable of handling groups.
The Charybdis Cannon can knock targets within the blast radius into stasis lock temporarily. Activate by casting Stasis Field. Some Hydrae are equipped with Recall devices.
Hydrae require a Stardock and a Hydra Crystal. Its cannons fire in a spread formation, hitting multiple targets.

Ship Class Carrier Hero N/A
Leviathan carriers are primarily designed to get the fighters from one place to another, and little else. However, they are far from defenseless, and have been known to be used as command ships from which to coordinate strikes.
Leviathans require a Stardock and Fleet Beacon.
Zeji Triton
Primary Weapon N/A Damage N/A
Secondary Weapon Acheron Laser Batteries (2) Damage Unrated
Armor Zeji Air Armor Armor Rating 150/1

Where the Leviathan transports fighters the Triton transports foot soldiers. Sometimes they are converted to supply ships to carry resources from one planet to another, and sacrifice much weaponry in order to do so. If there is any time when the Zeji are vulnerable, it is when they are depending on Tritons.
Tritons need a Robotics Facility in order to build.

These unseen protectors of the Xel'Naga are the creatures which spawn ghost legends in Protoss society; it is said that disturbing that which the gods deemed cannot be touched by the Protoss will awaken these illusionary beasts. However, they are very real-- and are difficult to see, and therefore hard to combat. Existing partly outside of this dimension Phantasms are ruthless beasts that attack when it is least expected. Cloak detectors help track down these phantasms, but just barely enough for them to be visible.

Long ago Protoss spacefarers encountered the Sargasso-- a vast region of space where no known ship functions. Serving as a sort of warning to the borders of this hazard are these ancient mines left by the Xel'Naga. Protoss lore believes these mines were meant to protect the children of the gods from catastrophe, but others believe they are meant to keep whatever is in the Sargasso within.

Unit Class Worldship Hero N/A
The Xel'Naga worldships once graced the skies of Aiur in ancient times, before the Aeon of Strife. When the Protoss fell in the eyes of their gods the Xel'Naga abandoned them. Most of these ships left for the galactic core, toward the planet known as Zerus, but other Xel'Naga decided to take a different path. Certain scientists left this worldship behind in the midst of the Sargasso in hopes that one day, the Protoss could live up to the Xel'Naga's expectations. To that end it has been placed under the eternal charge of the immortal guardian, Rimsala.
This mighty worldship, the Rimsala Star, possesses the knowledge of the Xel'Naga, waiting for the day when the Protoss may be worthy of learning it. However, it also houses weapons of mass destruction-- primarily a powerful planet buster that lances through the core of a planet and causes a chain reaction which shatters the unfortunate world. The Xel'Naga and Rimsala believe the temptation of this ultimate power will be the final test to determine if the Protoss can truly live up to their gods' ideals. If they fail... the Protoss must be exterminated for the sake of the other races in the universe....

This Zeta-particle projection beam cannon was meant to defend Korhal from orbital invasion. However, as it was being developed during the Iron Hand conflict development was rushed in order to deploy the weapon quickly. In its final tests the particle projector proved to have an inherent design flaw in its plans, rending the cannon useless for combat purposes.

Last Side Recap:
Duel of the Fates: The combined forces of the Armada take on the Protoss, Terrans, and Zerg in the midst of a ruined space platform in a long forgotten battle. Uneasy alliances are hastily created, and Ziktofel leads the three fleets to victory. However, the conflict was merely a ruse, allowing Kabala and his allies to escape with the Protoss ruins stolen from Aiur and the Cleria reactor.
Ill-Fated Battle: Ziktofel and Tessa are forced to stand down, while Faluzure continues in his hunt for the Renegade Swarm. Ace Tarpals and Kizrath are forced to accompany Archimedes to Nova Station against their better judgement, where one of ATLAS's consciousnesses was made aware of them. Realizing that she was waging a losing battle ATLAS cuts her losses and detonates the station, allowing precious little time for the strike team to react. All contact is lost with the strike team, but there is never enough time to worry over their fate....
The Stolen Cannon: As Kabala supervised the construction of the new Warp Gate he was messaged by Hhallahh, the Dark Archon serving as Ziktofel's right-hand man. The Dark Archon passed critical information to Kabala which would help ensure his chances once he made it into the Sargasso. In the meantime Xaax the Defiler and ATLAS made a joint attack on Korhal, stealing a non-functional Particle Cannon thanks to a sleeper agent. However, such activity alerted the Dominion and Faluzure of their location on Antiga Prime.
Teridas: Recognizing that the larger threat lay in Ziktofel's forces Xaax usurps control of the Black Dream in order to delay their arrival to Antiga Prime. Although Ziktofel and her allies manage to retake control of the ship Xaax is successful in destroying the Protoss city and allowing Kabala and ATLAS enough time to ensure they will not be disturbed when passing through the Warp Gate. Faluzure is left to contend with Psi Disruptors strategically palced around the Warp Gate, and Cerebrates under Zargil's command, who use specially-created Zeta-particle filters in order to boost their Control over the Zerg over the Psi Disruptors' signals.
Sargasso Storm: Ziktofel's forces arrive far too late to stop Kabala from reaching the worldship. Stopping only to help Faluzure help them sieze the Warp Gate this new Alliance moves to catch up with their enemies. Kuwadora and Amukasier are left to deal with Daggoth's forces, who violently protect the worldship with fierce fanaticism.
Dusk and Dawn: Kabala is successful in locating the bridge, and turns the Space Mines against the Alliance. However, the task force lead by Tipereth has difficulty in siezing the core, allowing Ziktofel, Tessa, and Faluzure enough time to reach the bridge themselves before Kabala has total control over the ship. Ziktofel challenges Kabala and loses, but is rescued by Chaladar before she is slain. Tessa succeeds in killing ATLAS's closest drone, while Xaax makes short work of Faluzure's Hunter Killer avatar. However, during these climatic battles Hhallahh slips on board, taking over the bridge, and the Nymph takes over the core, killing Tipereth in the process.
With the only two known beings who have full knowledge of what the worldship is capable of in control of the worldship, anything can happen....
Secrets:
Mission 1: Type breathe deep during the cutscene to reach the thinly-hidden deathmatch that was in the same place in the previous campaign.
Mission 2: Type breathe deep during the cutscene.
Mission 2a: Bring Tessa Strassenburg to the beacon located at the top center of the map.
Mission 3: Bring the Torrasque to the beacon on the small island in the bottom-left corner of the map.
Mission 5: Bring Adonis to the beacon on the small island at the top of the map.
Mission 5 (2): Instead of doing the above, finish the mission within 25 minutes. Or you could be a lamer and just open up the extra map.
Mission 6a: At the end of the long hallway there is a beacon. This beacon opens a door at the opposite end of the hall (where you came from). Bring Chaladar to the beacon behind that door.
Mission 7: Lift-off the Command Center and fly it to a cliff to the south and just to the right of the two passive Lurkers. Land it near the beacon and build and SCV. Bring the SCV to the beacon.
Mission 7a: Bring the Torrasque to the beacon on the small island on the upper right corner of the map. The Terran Dominion will lend you aid.
Mission 8a: Type breathe deep before the boss matches occur.
Dark Side 1: Type breathe deep before the Yggdrasil appears. You can play-out the assault as Daggoth, but you must do this before the Yggdrasil arrives.
Dark Side 2a: Once entering the central chamber bring Tipereth to the beacon on the right (not the one on the left).
Dark Side 3: Bring ATLAS to the beacon hidden in the trees outside the walls of the east Terran base.
Dark Side 4: Bring a Skipper to the beacon on the cliff just to the left of your starting base (at the bottom left corner of the map). I advise you do this as early as possible if you don't want to get overwhelmed later.
Dark Side 6: Bring Vicious to the beacon near the center of the map. Instead of following the path up the cliff follow the path along the tar river.
Dark Side 7: Bring the Nemesis to the beacon hidden at the bottom-right corner of the map.
Dark Side 7 (2): Instead of doing the above, retrieve the Khaydarin Crystal hidden in the Midgard Brood's base and bring it to the beacon at the bottom-right corner. Or you could be a lamer and just open up the extra map.
Dark Side 8a: Type breathe deep before the boss matches occur. |
